If you can't find a local muffler shop with a mandrel-bender, you can have them cut and fabricate an exhaust out of pre-mandrel-bent sections. At the bare minimum, you would need 2 90s for the offset to the passenger side, 2 45s and a 90 for the hump over the rear LCA, and some straight sections. You could probably do it with any number of combinations of bends, but that should give you a rough idea of what you would need.
