Default PCV valve isn't where it should be on my 95 Integra GSR

I recently bought an 95 Integra GSR. Has been burning a lot of oil, and I am suspecting the PCV valve. I was going to replace it, but when I look its not where it should be. I attached photos of my engine bay. Is the place that hose small hose connects to not where the PCV valve should be? I've seen videos, and for them its there. Maybe the previous owner deleted it for some reason? This metal hose that you can see in the picture has definitely been added, though I have no idea what it's for. I apologize for my ignorance, but I'm new to hondas, this is my first. I'm just trying to figure out whats been done to my car, and how I can make it run better.
