I have looked everywhere with no fix, I have seen fluctuation in idle many times, did everything, replaced everything, new FITV, new MAP Sensor, new IVAC, new TB gasket, and cleaned, valves adjusted, ECM reset , fuel pump good to good, head gasket changed(new bolts) head re-surfaced. No vacuum leaks, throttle cable replaced, new valves all the way around, idle still surges. WTF is going on please, and I have tried to adjust FITV while running but zero change, only real improvement was covering bottom hole in TB with aluminum tape but I know that should not be a fix, please help me
