he told me one time along while ago where he got it from since i was looking into getting some JDM parts for my accord. the price and timing to recieve the parts were the only factors (besides my car ****ing up more) that i didnt buy the parts at the time. for me i wanted my car to be different from any other. he did that so u cant blame him if he's not upfront with every1 about how he got his bumper or whom makes it
