The title basically says it all. This SOB (91AccordCoupe) ripped me off of $400+ on some rims he was sellin (if he had any to begin with) I've PM him with offers and we settled a price. I sent $$ ($410) to his Paypal account and now, 4 weeks later and still NOTHIN. I've emailed him numerous times and I got no answer. Anyone know of this A$$hole??
