The stock injectors are 240 cc/min and they are also used in the B18C5. Stock Prelude VTEC injectors are 310 cc/min, and you should be able to tune those in with a V-AFC. They'll fit fine on the stock fuel rail, you don't necessarily need to replace it.

The fuel pump you want is part number HLY-12-917 at Summit Racing. It would also be a good idea to use a B&M adjustble fuel pressure regulator to set the pressure at a reasonable level.
