Alright, it probably depends on the shake. I have an integra and replaced the front axles because of the following shake:
I'd be driving at 50 or above and while the gas pedal was normally depressed the car would start to shake. This wasn't just the steering wheel. If I let off the gas it would go away, or take it out of gear. Turning right showed more play than turning left but had both front axles replaced to fit it. But that was a car shake.
If it's a wheel bearing you should have some noise from the front of the car... sounds like tire noise but louder. A wheel bearing can also make you car shake when braking. I'm assuming that it can do it at high speeds also but should be in the steering wheel and in the brake pedal.
