:stupid: if u really believe what u just said then u shouldnt make comments about parts on cars at all. ur generic intake is just that a generic intake.. i know we pay like $50-60 for the name AEM another $50-60 for the K&N filter but outside of that u do have the coating which helps reduce the induction of hot air. most generic parts dont do that.. check ur intake after a long drive and feel how hot or mild it is.. those things play a factor.. also bend radius and postiioning.... so please dont compare a POS intake u can find on EBAY with a preformance part like something from AEM.. cuz if u were to put them side by side under the worse conditions u'd get what u paid for a POS intake
Otherwise, we'd all be driving Hyundai's. There's something to be said for proven performance and company reliability.
