A 10-second Honda will have to be purpose built for racing. The best you can do with a car that is still reasonable to drive on the street is deep into the 12's, and that's with slicks mounted.

So far this is what we know:

- You've got a Civic DX.
- You want it to be "fast."
- You have a predilection towards superchargers for some unknown reason

That's pretty much it.

To make a good reccomendation on an actual real-world setup rather than just spout conjecture, we're going to need to know how much money you plan to spend and what sort of driveability concessions you're willing to make.
