Unfortunately, my V-AFC has not been wideband O2 tuned. It still is leaned out 4% across the powerband. I think fuel cutoff for me is around 76-7700rpms (I still look over at the "regular" gauge, since it is more in my line of sight, which shows 8000rpms). I did tune the VTEC changeover, which is now at 4300rpms, right about the point when the lo-cams peter out, and the hi-cams start to kick in.
