Default Squeeking from fan

Recently I have noticed a squeeking noise comming from my fan. I've tried to turn on/off the AC, the "recirculate"/"vent" air, "hot"/"cold", and where the air comes out of; "feet"/"dash", but none of these things seems to make a difference in the pitch, or speed of the squeeking. I do know that when I turn the fan speed completely off, the squeeking stops, and if I turn the speed up (1-4), the squeeking gets louder and higher pitched. Anybody have any ideas what is exactly wrong, and what I can do to fix this problem. Also how would I get to the fan that is squeeking. Thanks!
