There is no real need to change the VTEC x-over with stock cams. Unless you have or are planning on bigger cams like R cams or whatever then you are wasting your time and money. The x-over for the GSR cam is optimal. If you want to move your torque around, get cam gears with the cams. The gears can be adjusted on a dyno to move the torque curve lower or higher and so on.

Hondata is a really good tuning tool if you know how to use it. But if you are just going to play with x-over points than you REALLY don't need it. Hondata is good for highly modded cars or F/I cars. Again, a waste of $$$ for just I/H/E.

Modding your car is like a chess game, you need to plan out your moves. Ask yourself, do you really need it? Will I be using it to the fullest potential? If not, why get it? What type of power am I looking to get and what mods do I need to get there? ...etc. But most importantly, research your mods first. ie - If I plan to go turbo, why get a header?
