question, where would you mount the blacklights? and 2 15" blacklights is a lot i think...2 of those light my whole room...maybe just 2 6" blacklights?
maybe mount one behind right your dome light, with side tabs so the light doesn't shine anywhere but down onto the passengers (i'd hate to have a blacklight in my view every time i looked in the rearview mirror, or if i was sitting in the backseat and had to look into a blacklight...and this way they won't be visible from outside) and one under the radio/heating controls, just above the cupholders? that should cover the front and back seats nicely, without overdoing it.

just some thoughts, good luck
I have a little pulsating blue light bar that I got from Autozone below where my radio and hvac controlls are, so thats cool.

as for the 15" black lights, I was thinking mounting them along the top of the a/b/c pillars, parallel to the sides of the car, on that plastic trim, hiding the wiring behind that, and mounting them with screws. I saw this switch at, again, autozone, that you could turn off four different things running off power, so one button for floor lights, one for pulsating lights, a 3rd for the random lights (Cashis gave me a good idea with the LEDs mounted in the vents, and also throw some in the speaker grills), and then another switch for the top or celing lights. I've heard about redoing Hvac lighting, so I may give that a shot. And I want to get reverse indiglos, but am hesitant to untill I swap my engine (I may get an si, or maybe just an ex engine swap. Or maybe a b18c1... hard to read the future.)

all in all, I think its gonna look cool as hell, but boy is it going to be expensive (well, maybe $200-$300 h: )
