If you are not comfortable with wiring I would suggest getting it done by a shop. It can be very confusing for a newbie. If you can install a stereo than a VTEC AFC shouldn't be a problem.

But do you really need it on a 1995 Civic Coupe (hope you have an EX at least). Cause you are just wasting your money - really. Plus you should tune it on a dyno - and no not a butt dyno
