yes i just got pulled over today for window tint. i just received a $95 ticket for my LEGAL windows! the erie cop told me that i could get $100 per window 1st offense & $570 second offense !!!!! so i started pulling off the front window tint & then called the guy who tinted my car for the heck of it. he said to search the web because there is NO law specifically stating window tint levels! well i just found some interesting info on this site. i'm heading over to argue w/ the state tomorrow w/ this in hand. the law ONLY states that a person must be able to see inside of the vehicle while standing next to it....hmmmm.....
