This is how I did it on my 93 Civic, I believe it's going to be similiar.

Take of the doorpanel, should be self explainatory.

Peel back some of the pastic covering,
Roll window down.
You should see the "arm" that window rests on.
There will be two bolts on towards the end of the door, one towards the front. (The front on is kind of hard to get to)
I think they're both 10mil, but I think I needed an exstension for it.

Then you just have to wiggle the old window out, and then wiggle the new window in. It is a pain to get the new window re-aligned.
