Screw the small GReddy kit, he's in Maryland. Smog testing there is very easy.

Get some wheels and tires, good brake pads, shocks and springs, maybe a rear swaybar. From there, there are other assorted goodies, although you'll probably be left with not enough to get a turbo.

Get the chassis sorted out first.
