If you are going to be keeping the car awhile, then yeah you could purchase all those upgrades. If you are going to be selling the car in a few years, then its stupid to spend that much money - 75% of the value of the car itself - on upgrades; it won't raise the price of the car when you go to sell it, and you've just tossed nearly $5000.
