Was looking to do the same on my civic. Planned on buying new calipers(because there clean) and having them powder coated. To gut the pistion out and have them coated localy would run me about $150. If your going to spend the money and buy new calipers, you might as well do it right.

The cool thing about powder coating is you can do it any color. My plan was a black wheel, polished lip, metallic orange calipres. White and black trim car. The orange would be the only color on the car.
