The difference between non-R cams is essentially negligible. I wouldn't actually pay money to step up from B16A cams to B18C1 cams.

Same deal with the R cams...the CTR/'01 ITR have 3 degrees more duration on the (I believe) intake side than plain ITR cams, nothing major really.
