Well, if you do have a sunroof, you'll have to make sure those drain channels are clear. Also make sure the rubber gasketing is in good shape. If it's the rear hatch that's leaking, check the gaskets aka weatherstripping. Also make sure that there's no crud in along the hinges...
Heh, whenever I look at someones car, I can almost guarantee that they don't clean out inside the hatch, under the hinges or clean the leaves out of the cowl behind the engine bay. Having old leaves there, decomposing is the fast track to rust.
Keep in mind, the newest CRX is now 12 years old...high time for rubber bits to start going south.
