yes, it would work.

the extreme rod/stroke ratio of the H23 rotating assembly will create extreme bearing stress at high rpm. in addition, the rod/stroke ratio's influence on piston speed will reduce overall high rpm breathing ability, reducing total output in a naturally aspirated condition.
