Straight from my Helms (Integra Service Manual 1998) page 4-4 and 4-6, Normal conditions and Severe conditions maintenance schedule.... 105k miles or 168k km or 84 months replace timing belt and inspect waterpump. *Asterisk* replace the timing belt at 60k miles (US) or 100k km (Canada) if the vehicle is regularly driven in one or more of the following conditions:1-In very high temperatures (over 110°F, 43°C). 2-In very low temperatures (under -20°F, -29°C).
