Generally when you get something custom made on the cheap it's just plain old crush-bent tubing with no resonator. It'll sound like crap and won't do anything much other than make your car louder.

If all you want is for your car to look cool ("I gotz mah tiiite rimzz and exhaust y0!") then go ahead. I would highly recommend saving up the money and getting a full exhaust.
