Blue are 7500K
Purple is 9000K
And rumor has it that 12,000K HID is black light HID.
With anything over 7000K you'll have light that is equivalent to OEM even though its HID.
HID is for brightness not color. If color is all you want then save your money and get color halogen bulbs.
