First off, you would have to rip out all internals and replace them.
Get the block blueprinted and put low compression forged pistons, with titanium rods (or something like that), knife-edge the crank, port and polish the whole damn thing, put a low compression head gasket in, Turbo Cams, new valves, etc..your looking at al ot of money to run this reliably.
Looking at like 4,000 to do it right inside the motor, and then 3100-3900 for a good custom kit, u can't run 20 lbs on a drag kit or greddy or whatever u planned on using, if your running 20psi u need high quality parts, like a ball bearing turbo.
Anyways, the swap with manual conversion should run you like 4000, then like..4000 for the inside conversion, and then almost another 4000 to do the kit..
