Hey bro, intake is one of the easiest mods you can do to your car, not only is it easy, but you will have the satisfaction of doing it yourself. I can't speak for everyone, but I get a sense of satisfaction and enjoyment out of modding my car myself, even more so when I do something that I've never done before. So far I have done my intake, modded my oem tails to be red/clear, black housing headlights, complete stereo system, lowered, brakes, tune up and changed my manual tranny fluid. None of this stuff I had ever done before, but I have common sense and know how to use tools so it wasn't a problem. Honestly though, I just helped on the brakes, I didn't actually do them myself, my boy did, same for lowering, I just helped. But I replaced my hood, fender by myself.

As for a CAI DIY on our forum, if somebody hasn't done it yet, I will, I just installed mine about 2 weeks ago so it's fresh on my brain

I personally think $750 to install and paint ur kit is a bit much, but if you have the money and they are giving you the guarantee and that makes you feel better, go for it.
