compression is pretty high but with the right equipment and right tuner you can run boost on any compression. its just easier with lower compression. i have a friend that runs an Eclipse and he actually raised the compression. built the block bullet proof. and is running 30lbs along with a 150shot. its all in the tuning. the thing made 450hp on 20lbs. if you go lower compression it will take away power. say you run 8lbs on 10:1cr. it will take 10-11 lbs to equal the power on 8.5:1cr. if you have enough fuel anything is possible. tuning is the key
