75 dollar for installing a CAI is ridiculously hilarious. THat is like the easiest diy project u can do in about an hour. intakes come with instructions, so just tackle it on your own. If you need help, ask the forum members here. Thats what we're here for. Also, i dunno but for me, its really fun doin stuff to my car by myself and a good thing is that you're ensured that your car has been done right. Who knows what those "installers" do to your car while installing it? so go for it.

As far as the bk goes, its a good deal if the body kit is included in the price. If you have to buy the bodykit seperately and they'll charge 750 to juss paint and install, its a rip off once again.
