Turning it over to build oil pressure will still do the damage. I'd get a pre-oiler kit, and put in fresh oil (under pressure) before starting. Also check other fluids before starting. Don't forget the fuel--it can get gummy or have water in it.
how much is a preoiler kit you mentioned? also how do i change th oil under pressure?
