If you're worried about start-up oiling, just disconnect the PGM/FI fuse, or disconnect the distributer and crank it a couple times to prime the engine with oil before starting it.
Turning it over to build oil pressure will still do the damage. I'd get a pre-oiler kit, and put in fresh oil (under pressure) before starting. Also check other fluids before starting. Don't forget the fuel--it can get gummy or have water in it.
