i thought that obd2 had more restrictions on the engine than obd1 because of stricter smog laws that began in 95-96. Out of all the 1/4 mile times that i have seen the best time by a stock GSR was 15.2 and that was a '95. I dont think i have seen an obd2 GSR hit low 15's, they usually go mid to high 15's. Of course driver skill is a big factor but ive seen a lot of Stock 95 and below gsrs hitting low 15s, while i have not seen a obd2 gsr do any better than 15.5. Not like its a big difference anyway.
