Default start up precautions after winter storage?

i've been storing my civic all winter in my cousins usually heated garage. i've gone out every month or month and a half to move the car a little so its doesnt sit on the same strip of tire all winter causing flat spots (also the car is on carpet strips).

anyways last time i was out i was going to start the car and let it run for a while, but the battery was completely drained for the alarm. i tried to jump it but the already "needed to be replaced anyways" battery was to dead to jump.

anyways the car hasnt ran for probably 3 months now, i'm going to buy another battery soon so i can go let the car run for awhile. are there any precaution/prestarting things i should do before turning it over since it has sat for 3 months now without running?

oh if it makes a difference its a '98 civic ex with jackson racing supercharger (pulley upgrade), walbro 255 fuel pump, stillen fuel pressure riser, ngk "r" plugs...i think thats my mods that directly apply to start up.
