Clearing my headlights was the first modification I have ever done to ANY car. Maybe I am blessed with supreme common sense. I don't have a garage, the only tools you need are a flathead screwdriver, a ratchet set and a heat gun/blow dryer, and it only takes an enjoyable day. I really did have fun...it makes me very proud to be able to see that I made those taillights look damn good by my own hard work and effort.
