It's a mix and matched kit. The front bumper is the Big Mouth by Wings West, the side skirts are by Xenon (Xenon only made one kit for the 92-95 civics) and of course the Z3 fenders (universal). I can't tell you the rear bumper. I'm just going by the one pic on the link. I didn't bother looking at the other pics.
