I stopped by to see the assembly process and told there were some delays in the re-assembly process.

The front core support is actually bent in by about half an inch from a prior low speed impact (not me). Half an inch at the core support is around 2 inches where the front bumper tabs meet the front fenders. that explains why my front bumper didn't exactly fit quite right. He said he'll put it on his frame puller.

They are going to spray all the rubber trim with SprayMax trim paint.

The rear bumper had to go back to paint since they didn't fill the non factory holes where the previous owner drilled for the wide Euro license plates. You can see them in the 2nd pic below if you look close.

He's also going to spray the JDM tails with clear to make them look younger.

The clear is real nice, but still has some flaws in which I keep being told will be cut down and polished after the paint is fully cured in a couple months. The paint pictured still has another polishing step to be done.

First shots with the euro rear bumper in place. I didnt think my muffler tip would stick out that much.

Hopefully it'll be done by Friday?
