imho if the "minorities" would stop bitching about every god damn thing, they wouldnt get the "hate" that they keep bitching they are getting.

Guy A is a white male on a scale of 0-10 (10 being best) is rated 9. while Guy B is a black male is rated 6 in the same field. now employer has to decide to A) higher the more skilled white male and risk being sued by Guy B or B) higher the less skilled black guy to reduce fear of lawsuit.

it really is shit like that, that makes alot of white people hate black/pr/etc. if they would get over the Black Vs White thing. then i dont think there would be a problem. btw so none of you people thinkin im Anti Black people here. some of my damn good friends are black.
