to do the h22 swap you will most likely need to upgrade the suspension like lueb said..... the h22's are really only fit for the bigger cars like the preludes and accords.... I have seen people break a few axles with h22's in their civics so that is something to think about..... the upside is you will have a fast car just putting the h22 in there STOCK, the downside is it may only be fast in a straight line because the handling and everything else will get thrown out of proportion with the added weight. IMO for a civic the b18c1 is a better swap because not only will it fit better into your car, the motor itself has more potential than an h22 if you were going to mod it, and you could drive it daily without having to worry about the suspension and stuff....... dont get me wrong, the h22 is a great motor, just depends on which one YOU want in your car, both have ups and downs........
