I have the same problem also, but not all the time. Its about half hte time that it wil act like htat. I have pretty much traced it back to the Distirbuter. I have replaced EVERYTHING else(plugs, wires, pcv valve, fuel filter, fuel pump, adjusted timing) I put a new ignition coil in, and it ran a little better, but i didnt think it made a 70 dollar difference. So getting and putting in the distributer will be done tomorrow before work hopefully.
did you get the new distributor? any difference?
