Looks like it's in very good condition. Just a few items of business:
Sunroof is factory
ABS is also standard on the EX, as is the airbag.

This is the special LX, and while the features such as ABS/sunroof/airbag are equal to the EX, I think (not certain) that it will have an LX engine -- no 4-2-1 header, less horsepower. So if those little things don't matter to you, then I would consider buying it -- if you really like it. But if you'll be bemoaning the fact that you didn't get exactly what you wanted, then wait.
