In this economy, unmodified, he might get $27,000 or so. But noone is gonna pay that much for a car in that condition...modifications, especially heavy exterior modifications, rapidly reduce a car's value. Unless you're talking about an older Civic or Teg that you can sell to some ricer. But not a car like the S2K.
