From what I know you shouldn't need to adjust your valves untill 60k. Which is when you do a tune-up. Which just so happens to be where I'm at. I bought my car at 61000 miles and I know that previous owner didn't do the 60k mile tune-up, and now I am at 69k miles and I know I shouldn't keep driving with out doing the tune-up. I plan on changing the fuel filter, changing the tranny fluid (tranny fluid is just 10w30 correct??), and I'm wanting to get the valves re-adjusted. So I am also curious if anyone knows how much it is to get them re-adjusted at the dealership. I'm not under a warranty or anything either. If anyone has any other things they think I should change at the 60k tune up please let me know. I've heard the timing belt as well , but if I look at the timing belt and it doesn't look too bad should I still replace it?? Ok any comments would be helpful.
