I'm running polyurethane mounts, and I noticed significantly less wheel hop. I recommend the prothane stuff for the motor mounts. stiffer, and you replace all the rubber in the driver side mount. make sure you do the rear mount also when you do your motor mount inserts. That rear mount is what'll help the most.
