why did they tear apart the part of the sterring wheel where the airbag is?

hmm has anyone tried the clutch-locking device? maybe invest in that next time, i hear theyre pretty reliable.

mmm.. i'm not an expert but i'm guessing that they jacked the back tires up so they have enough arm clearance to get under the fender area and tear the wire for the siren and then put it down, stuck a screw-driver in the window, bent it back and unlocked the window and then drove off w/ it to a remote area and stripped it? or was it in front of ur house or something.
