i contacted dazz for the hell of it. still confused tho :exnbp:

Thank you for both supporting RACING HART and your
inquiry/concern...hopefully the following information will answer your
questions. The Racing Hart brand name is used to identify the multi-piece
and forged wheels. There are a couple of reasons why the Racing Hart wheels
are more expensive...one reason is the exact fitments and and offsets that
3/2 piece wheels offer - for example in the movie The Fast and Furious we
applied a 19x8.5 and a 19x10 application for the Supra. Another reason is
manufacturing, a 3/2 piece wheel is extremely labor intensive and also one
piece forged wheels such as the CP-035's are comparatively more expensive to
tool up for. In a 1 piece forging, all the material is structural. There are
no bolts, no flanges to be bolted together, and no extra material for the
bolts to bite into, so a 1-piece forged wheel is usually much lighter than
an equivalent three-piece wheel.

The RH evolution brand are price conscious one piece construction
pressure cast wheels. The quality of cast wheels varies dramatically,
depending on process, and sometimes on variables beyond the control of the
manufacturer, such as ambient temperature or even humidity. In general,
pressure casting, in which the metal is pumped into the mold, is better than
just pouring it in. All these points mean that cast wheels must contain more
metal to achieve an acceptable strength, and are thus heavier. Our RHEVO
cast wheels as well as the center disks for 3 piece C2 and M5'S are all made
to a high standard with attention to quality processes and provide many
years of excellent service.

As you may be aware there are many companies out there that produce
copies of our wheels with low grade plastic caps and no attention paid to
finish and applications. Both Racing Hart and RHEVO brands are produced to
higher standards of casting, materials and finish - all of the lug cover
caps and nuts are made of machined aluminum. In fact the reputation of
Racing Hart / RHEVO are strong indicators of quality, since it is quality
upon which a distinquished reputation is built. It takes time to build a
reputation; more importantly, it takes commitment to maintain it. Heritage
is a look back over time that tells you the technological and philosophical
foundation of the manufacturer.

As for the country of origin - JAPAN is the birthplace for Racing Hart /
RHEVO and as you already know are at the top of the class in automotive
technology and precision as well as a front runner in designs. That's why
the RHEVO line is licensed from the same designers as most of the Racing
Hart line.

Conclusion ... DAZZ MOTORSPORT wanted to offer to our valued customers a
value line with the same quality and prestiege of the Racing Hart brand
without the higher prices. The only true difference between Racing Hart and
RHEVO is basically the difference between better and best. In general all of
the wheel lines that DAZZ MOTORSPORT offers whether it be HARTGE and MVR for
BMW automobiles or LOWENHART for MERCEDES BENZ all are the correct size,
offset, and bolt pattern and are hubcentric for their intended applications.
Not only do we stand by all of our wheels 100% but all of our wheels have
warranties backed by the manufacturers with outstanding reputations for
quality.

Once again thank you for your inquiry and concern. Please feel free to
contact me if you have any further concerns.
