Yes, the interval for most Honda tranny fluid is 30k. You can use regular old 10w30 if you're not having any problems. I've heard that putting an SJ oil in there is too slippery for the synchros. In any case, I'd suggest RedLine MTL. You'll prolly pay around $8 a quart.
Yep, you're sacrificing you're synchros while you're playing around shifting without the clutch. Sure, it'll do it, but it's not nice to your tranny.

Ok thanks, and when it does slip out of gear usually its not on purpose, but yea needless to say I know not to shift gears with out the clutch and I not its horrible to the transmission. Oh and the plug for draining the transmission fluid is easy to find isn't it? I'm sure it is.
