one crush bend restricts flow up to 50%, but i think the average restriction is around 40-something percent for a 90-degree. even the little bends of a crush-bend may restrict flow (not as much) but it will cause turbulence on the behalf of the crushed area. so i would say that your best bet is to go with the straightest pipe (hopefully you can clear all the parts you need without bending too much), and even consider a center exhaust as to reduce bending to the side...that is if you dont mind the viper/corvette look on your accord. :P
