You can use the intake since the intake is bought for the car not necessarily the engine.

Other than that you can use the exhaust although it does have to be refitted once the H22 is in the car.

Aside from that there really isn't too much that swaps across unless you want to keep the F22 tranny or buy an H23 tranny.

The H is a very different creature from the F series motor so its kind of an apples to oranges comparison. I swapped mine this last summer and haven't regretted it yet....except the ticket I got in Cali
