barto..... the good thing about the auto tranny for daily driving if you are going to turbo is that you wont have as much turbo lag since when you accelerate you never have to take your foot off the gas and the car just keeps accelerating..... for that aspect its better, I have no clue how the D series auto trans hold up with forced induction but if you dont run much over 6psi you should be ok..... also, how much would a manual conversion be for your car, cause I know the tranny itself shouldnt cost too much for the D series motor, but the labor would be pricey, it would be something to consider, even if you get the turbo you could keep it on the side for a while til you decide exactly which way you want it..... I know its hard to do lol when you get the turbo youll want it on right away........
