The OEM kit lip is the same as the ITR factory lip.
they still make the ITR lip available in the 3 colors that the ITR comes in. I got quoted ~$325 from ahmotor.com for the ITR lip.

The lip Comptech sells sticks on with double-sided tape instead of screws, and it doesn't fit well. it looks like crap, IMHO. I've been through an OEM and a Comptech lip, and I trashed the Comptech one 'cause it looked like poo. it doesn't sit flush with the bumper because of the tape.
